About these terms

These Terms of Use apply to Crossword Craft: Discovery, provided by DoubleG Arts. By using the game, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the game. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by these terms.

Using the game

The current game is free to download and play. It contains 120 crossword levels, a gallery, and an editor for your own puzzles. Accounts, online multiplayer, advertising, and in-app purchases are not part of the current version.

Use the game lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Local progress and your creations

Progress and user-created puzzles are stored on your device. You are responsible for device backups and for the content you create. Device changes, uninstalling, clearing app data, or software changes may affect locally stored information.

You keep your rights in the original content you create. The current editor does not upload your puzzles to us or publish them to other users.

Intellectual property and licenses

DoubleG Arts and the applicable rights holders retain rights in the game, branding, illustrations, and other materials. You may use the game for its intended purpose. Do not falsely present the game or its branding as your own.

Where software or other components are supplied under an open-source license, that license governs those components and its permissions remain available. These terms do not override open-source license rights.

Advertising and optional purchases in later versions

Advertising and optional in-app purchases may be introduced later. Any purchase will clearly identify the item, price, and relevant conditions before you confirm. No purchase is available in the current version.

If purchases are introduced, payment, cancellation, and refund processes will be governed by the relevant Apple App Store or Google Play terms and applicable law. Additional information and updated privacy disclosures will be provided before those features are activated.

Updates and availability

We may improve, change, or discontinue features and provide updates. Future seasonal collections marked as coming soon are not a promise of a particular release date. We will respect any obligations under applicable consumer law.

The game is provided without a guarantee that every clue, feature, or device configuration will be error-free. Contact us if you encounter an issue.

Warranty and responsibility

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the game is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

You remain responsible for safeguarding your device and maintaining backups of information that matters to you.

Third-party services

Apple, Google, operating-system services, and websites you choose to visit have their own terms and policies. If you obtained the game through an app store, its applicable license and usage rules also apply. DoubleG Arts is responsible for the game; these terms do not make a store provider responsible for operating it.

Changes, concerns, and contact

We may update these terms and publish the effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Any rights to challenge changes, stop using the service, or use the courts or other remedies available under applicable law are preserved.
